Company & Production Services
Professional care, real prevention — not just a massage table and a hope.
Why Work with
The Broadway PT?
You’re managing a cast and crew performing at the highest level under the most intense schedules. Injuries, fatigue, and overuse are inevitable, but they don’t have to be catastrophic.
At The Broadway PT, we don’t just tape people up and hope they make it through the next number.
We provide real physical therapy —
assessment, treatment, injury prevention, and performance support —
from pre-production to final curtain.
Our model is:
✓ Efficient (because time and energy are limited)
✓ Evidence-based (because arts workers deserve better than "tradition")
✓ Whole-human focused (because many issues have more than one cause)
Whether we’re treating a lead, a swing, a crew member, or a house manager,
our care is consistent, skilled, and aligned with our clinic-level standards.
What Makes Us Different
Licensed PTs with backstage expertise
Our therapists aren’t just trained in treatment, they get theatre. We understand the physical demands of 8-show weeks, quick changes, put-ins, and the nuances of dance tracks, swings, double-duty, and union schedules.

More than massage
We assess movement patterns, treat injuries, teach self-care strategies, and educate arts workers to enhance their performance and stay out of the treatment room altogether.
Injury prevention is the priority
We’re not just responding to pain; we’re looking ahead. Our goal is to keep your company healthy so fewer people end up filing injury reports and calling out.

Clinic-quality care, adapted for the stage
From individual 15–20 minute sessions to group workshops and programming, we provide meaningful intervention, movement coaching, and actionable support.
Partnership in your company’s wellbeing
When you bring us in, you’re not hiring help, you’re adding an advocate. We collaborate with management, producers, creatives, and other theatre and medical professionals to create a healthier, more sustainable workplace.
