Care that meets you where you are,
and gets you where you want to go

This is not one-size-fits-all physical therapy
Basic physical therapy is not enough—especially when your body is central to your work, your art, or your identity.
This is a space for arts workers, athletes, and hypermobile humans who want more than the status quo—care that actually supports how they live, train, and perform.
Individual Care

You’ll work one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who looks at the full picture—not just where it hurts—and adapts care to your body, your goals, and what your life actually requires.
Sessions are personalized and include hands-on care, movement training, exercise, and education to help you feel better, move better, and move forward with confidence.

Most people don’t end up here by accident
You might be here because you…
-
Are dealing with pain or a recent injury
-
Have something that keeps coming back or never fully resolves
-
Feel like your body can’t be trusted the way it used to
-
Have felt dismissed or misunderstood in healthcare
-
Are trying to take care of yourself—but feel overwhelmed or stuck
-
Want to move better, perform, and stay ahead of issues instead of reacting to them
What Your Care May Include
No two sessions look exactly the same, but your care may include:
-
Hands-on treatment
-
Exercise and strength training
-
Pilates-based movement
-
Movement retraining and form work
-
Alignment and habit coaching
-
Work, sport, and artistic modifications
-
Short- and long-term fitness programming
-
Education that helps you understand and support your body outside of sessions
How we approach your care
Our work is built around three key pillars: Teaching, Treating, and Training.
Together, they allow us to support the full picture, not just isolated symptoms.
Teaching
We help you understand your body and what’s influencing it, so you’re not left guessing what’s going on or what to do next.
Treating
We provide hands-on care and targeted support to reduce pain, improve movement, and help you move forward.

Training
We help you build strength, movement quality, and resilience so you can return to—and stay in—the things that matter to you.
This is a great fit if you...
-
Want care that goes beyond generic exercises, passive treatment, or quick fixes
-
Want to understand your body and feel more confident in it– not just manage symptoms
-
Care about long-term results, not temporary relief
-
Are ready to be an active participant in your care
-
Value thoughtful, individualized support
-
Use your body for your work, your art, or your daily life
