You're here to recover from pain and injury and to feel good in your body on every stage and at any point in your life.

Here's how we can help you achieve this:

I'm Dr. Megan Wise, PT, DPT

I believe that you are strong, resilient, and capable of overcoming anything.

I know what it’s like to:

  • Live and perform through consistent, chronic pain

  • Be ignored and misunderstood in healthcare

  • Feel like my body is in constant decline and cannot be trusted

  • Get stuck in burnout and overwhelm trying to take care of myself on top of everything else

And I learned after years of studying and self-practice that:

  • Everything in my body can and will heal

  • Pain is normal, but doesn’t have to control my life

  • I am not my diagnosis, injury, medical history, or MRI reports

  • Transformation is possible with the right system and support

I became the Broadway PT because I believe we all deserve more than the status quo of today's healthcare.

Basic physical therapy is not enough.

We've crafted a safe space of health, wellness, and recovery for performers, arts workers, artistic athletes, and motivated movers who want more so they can focus on their performance, pursue their passions, build the career and life of their dreams, and treat their bodies and minds well.

Services & Philosophy

The Broadway PT is not just physical therapy. Unlike most physical therapy practices, our approach is not centered on injuries, diseases, or diagnoses.

Our system is built upon 3 distinct and equally important pillars to mastering your own health and wellness: Teaching, Treating, & Training. We incorporate these pillars into all of my services, which are listed below.

services offered for individuals

All available virtually and in-person

  • Physical Therapy (60 min & 30 min) Sessions

  • Fitness Screen Sessions

  • Pilates, Strength, & Conditioning Private Sessions

Megan is a one-stop shop and truly an expert when it comes to the dancer’s body! She puts in just as much time and effort as I do. It’s truly a partnership and the amount of energy she puts into each of her patients is evident. She’s quick to analyze and pinpoint problems all while creatively developing effective exercises. I’m happy with my progress and, thanks to her virtual group conditioning class, I’m the strongest I’ve ever been and know that one day I’ll be able to confidently take the stage again.

Megan's Body Essentials class brought me a newfound awareness and understanding of my body. As a performer I can usually “feel” when something isn’t right in my body but taking this course helped broaden my understanding of that by equipping me with the vocabulary... Megan is my favorite physical therapist and while I miss our in-person sessions, this course was the next best thing!

I sprained my ankle the week before my Broadway debut and  I was terrified. Megan was incredibly calm and confident and completely deescalated my stress about it. She genuinely cares about her patients and I always walk away from our PT sessions feeling good, not only because she has literally treated some of my pain away but because she is a great human to be around. Megan has given me so many great, useful tools to help me navigate how to do my job as a standby in the most physically efficient way and I am so grateful for her!
