Nervous System Resets for Performers
From Holidays to Audition Season
Audition season often arrives before the nervous system has fully caught up.

If you’re feeling tired but wired, motivated but foggy, or unsure whether to rest or push, this workshop is designed to help you support your body without forcing calm or overriding signals.
This 60–75 minute workshop is for performers who want:
-
practical, body-based tools that fit real schedules
-
a better understanding of what their nervous system is responding to
-
ways to feel steadier and more responsive during high-demand periods
This is not breathwork fluff or a lecture on trauma theory.
It’s grounded, practical, and designed for real performer life.
What we’ll cover:
-
Why “resetting” doesn’t work the way we think it does
-
What regulation actually looks like in performer bodies
-
Simple strategies you can use before, between, and after auditions
-
How to support recovery without collapsing or numbing
and more!
